Marica Slaughter 

Marica Slaughter is WomenSource’s Power Breakfast speaker on February 16th at 8am on Facebook Live!  Marica is the founder of raw5gear, a clothing line to promote recognition and equality for women athletes.  She also serves as a Director of Design Operations at Mailchimp helping teams make connections and build bridges to support CFX workflow improvements.

Prior to Mailchimp, Marica was an Associate Program Director at Moxie overseeing the project management team for Verizon programs in partnership with Verizon Design Operations. Marica has over a decade of project management experience with companies such as Coca-Cola, DigitasLBi, and MRY.

Marica is a Georgia native, earning her undergrad from Georgia State University, and master’s degree from The Surrey Institute of Art & Design in the U.K. Outside of work, Marica enjoys spending time with her family, watching basketball, and collecting sneakers.
