Haley Bower, Caroline Filchak, along with their father Tom Bower, will share stories and experiences they have had while working as women in the Petroleum Industry with Clipper Petroleum. So far, few women hold the level of leadership roles Haley and Caroline have in the Petroleum Industry. They, and their father, will talk with us about how they have overcome barriers and misconceptions about women working in a male-dominated line of business. Mr. Bower will also share how he has had the pleasure of raising strong, empowered women as the father of three daughters who have accomplished a lot in their young lives! Not attending the breakfast is daughter Anna Bower who lives in Boston attending Harvard Law School.
