WomenSource welcomes Rachel Greene Ayers as the June Evening Program Speaker to tell us more about creating Safe Habits with Social Media.
*Due to a last minute scheduling conflict, our speaker has changed*
Social Media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tumblr, and others are here to stay and are a large part of our lives either directly or indirectly through the young people in our lives. What can we do to prevent and protect ourselves and others from unwanted outcomes with our social media use?

Rachel Greene Ayers is a native of Gainesville, Georgia.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia.  Rachel has previously worked as the Case Manager for the HELP (Health, Empowerment, Linkage, Possibilities) Court in Hall County and as a therapist at Laurelwood, an inpatient behavioral health facility.  Rachel is currently in private practice as a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of adolescents.

Rachel has previously served on the Gateway Domestic Violence Center’s board, and is a past president.  She has also served on the board for the Children’s Center for Hope and Healing.
